 We're glad you're here!
Take your time and look around to find out all about us. There is plenty
to see, with lots of pictures of the church's activities. Be

Brief Overview
The "Church"
is all about the Lord Jesus and His people. It is His people
loving Him through lively, sincere worship, anointed ministry
of the Word of God, and participation in outreach and ministry.
Elmhurst Christian Center is an evangelical church open to all
people, with a warm, loving, family atmosphere.
 People
from many ethnic and religious backgrounds attend here, from
Catholic to Baptist, and from a number of different races.
 Our desire is
to grow spiritually and numerically to give glory to the Lord,
and to make a godly impact on our communities.

Statement of Purpose
(Taken from Isaiah 42:6,7)
| Elmhurst Christian Center:
A church called in righteousness, each with a holy purpose and
calling, directed and empowered by the Lord. A church living
in covenant with God and each other. Given as a covenant to a
lost world; for a light of example, for the revelation of His
grace, and for the manifestation of His power to make whole. |
Isaiah 42:6,7

"I, the LORD,
have called You in righteousness, And will hold Your hand; I
will keep You and give You as a covenant to the people, As a
light to the Gentiles, to open blind eyes, To bring out prisoners
from the prison, Those who sit in darkness from the prison house."
